Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the FlyingHost website and hosting services operated by FlyingWeb LLC (“FlyingHost,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

• New accounts may include a 14-day free trial. We will not charge you during the trial period.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing.

You agree not to use FlyingHost to:

• Violate laws or infringe the rights of others.
• Distribute malware, run phishing operations, or send unsolicited bulk email.
• Operate workloads that disproportionately impact shared infrastructure or other customers.
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you host on FlyingHost. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to that content and that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

We work hard to keep FlyingHost fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or actions outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyingWeb LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
