Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for FlyingHost subscriptions and services operated by FlyingWeb LLC. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Free trial
New accounts may include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged when the trial ends.
Subscription fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where we approve a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.
Service issues
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service issue that warrants review, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will evaluate refund requests in good faith based on account activity, usage, and the circumstances of the request.
How to request a refund
Email support@flyinghost.com with the email address on your account, the invoice or charge date, and a brief description of the issue.
